Vivo in una casa a fila di legno con riscaldamento della pompa di calore dell’aria. Questi ragazzi sembrano uscire dalle lacune di battiscopa al piano di sotto. La casa è molto asciutta con la pompa di calore e non c’è muffa (è stato testato qualche tempo fa).
Qualche consiglio su come gestire questi ragazzi e sbarazzarsi di loro?

Vacuum often and thoroughly, and kill all you see.
They are about as harmless as pests come, so no need to get rid of them, unless they start to take over your pantry.
Yes it is a silverfish. Prisma has some sort of glue traps available for them.
While I was a student I had same kind of infestation. It poisons all things on it’s way. And used these (silverfish get stuck on its glue) [Osta Natria®-sokeritoukka-ansa, 2 kpl](https://stick.fi/fi/sokeritoukka/natria-sokeritoukka-ansa-2-kpl/). You can get those glue patches ie. from Prisma.
Minimise dust & crumbs, hot water down the drain might also help
Go outside, find a couple of centipedes, and let them out. They’ll eat all the silverfish in a couple of nights
Yes, this is a silverfish. Harmless, but ew.
Dry environment is where they thrive better as there is more food for them. I’ve been dealing with them by pouring boiling water down the drain from where I identified they come from. It certainly won’t eradicate them but it will help with managing them by killing their eggs. I live in an apartment building. Another strategy I found effective is keeping the lights on in the bathroom where they emerge, they don’t like light. Amd this basically makes them rather go to other apartment than mine. Both of these methods are for managing them in your own place and in no way a way to erradicate them. The only way to truly erradicate them is unfortunately a collective effort of your apartment complex.
I’ve had them in two of my apartment buildings. First took it seriously pretty fast after reporting them. They first sent a notice to everyone to keep an eye if it’s true. And then organized pest control, which successfully eradicated them for good.
Second and current apartment, where I manage them with mentioned methods. The building maintenance prefers to look away, probability due to costs and organization required to get rid of them for good. I’ve reported seeing them, and they replied with telling me that only I have them.
TL;DR: Eradication requires collective effort. You’ve probably looked up how to deal with them already. From experience as well, don’t bother with those DIY silverfish traps that are sometimes suggested. Lights and boiling water seems to be the way to go to keep them out of your own apartment.
They are completely harmless, no need to do anything.

They’ve been around on Earth for about 400 million years, eat just about anything, and can live for a year without food or water…..so you won’t be getting rid of them.
It’s impossible to completely get rid of them. They can travel through very small cracks, so they can even come from your neighbors apartment. They are quite harmless if you don’t have invasion of hundreds of them. If they come from drains, you could pour boiling water into them every day for a week
Put a corkful of strong cleaning agent such as Andy in the drain well in your bathroom (the airlock thing in the flooring)
