What an utterly ridiculous decision. What a person does outside of work should be of no consequence to their employer.

Isn’t there a new EU law that allows you to have any part-time work you want without informing your employer – as long as its not directly competing work.
Firstly pulling pints, what he does outside work is his own business FFS! Secondly, Dublin is one of the most expensive cities to live in, it might have been a necessity. Thirdly……Ecock?
