Ռադ is a Persian word. I was not able to understand the entire sentence above, nor were any dictionaries or translators able to define it, until I asked my mother who can speak Farsi who informed me.

նկատել եմ որ մեր Հայերը մաքուր չեն խոսում.

Would be great if we also stopped saying stuff like զիբիլ, աշխալ, չամադան, etc.
