U.S. government is now making up claims as they see fit, so we should speak in their language I guess.
What a good point. Makes the US liable for the priceless nuke defense they gave to rusia instead of Ukraine. Then did deals with ex kgb for thirty years while accepting the espionage and sabotage of their people.
