>Այդ ընթացքում փաստաբան Ս․ Գալստյանի ներկայությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժին  են ներխուժել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անվտանգային մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության՝ “ФСБ” -ի աշխատակիցներ և ՀՀ ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ Ռ․Շկլովերին փորձել են համոզել ինքնակամ գնալ իրենց հետ և հանձնվել ՌԴ-ին, խոստանալով, որ   «իր հետ ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի»։  ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի փաստաբան Ս․Գալստյանը թույլ չի տվել նման ապօրնություն, և Ռ․Շկլովերն ինքն էլ հրաժարվել է “ФСБ” -ի աշխատակիցների հետ համագործակցելուց։

>Ստացվում է , որ ՌԴ-ի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները ազատ ելք ու մուտք ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ոստիկանության բաժանմունքներ, անարգել կարողանում են հանդիպել բաժանմունքներում գտնվող ՌԴ քաղաքացիների հետ և նրանց «հորդորում են»  ինքնակամ հանձնվել ՌԴ-ին։
