Ciao, la mia compagna ha bisogno di uscire dal suo appartamento in Germania e il suo padrone di casa le ha detto che deve lasciare la proprietà diversi giorni prima della fine del suo contratto. È anche ciò che dice questa clausola nel suo contratto. Entrambi non siamo tedeschi, quindi ci chiedevamo se questo fosse legale. Tutte le informazioni che ho trovato online hanno detto che un inquilino ha il diritto di usare la propria proprietà fino all’ultimo giorno del loro contratto, ma non sono riuscito a trovare nessuno che affrontasse un problema simile.

Well, that’s a new one, and I’ve seen quite a lot of bullshit “contracts” posted here.
You get what you pay for. That means you can stay until the last day. You are *not* required to pay for a flat that you cannot use, and preparing it for the next tenant is the *landlord’s* problem, not the tenant’s.
I suppose that if she’s able to, she could offer to move out earlier *if they return the rent for that time period*, but she does not have to do that.
The best option would probably be to go to the Mieterbund and ask them to help her write something.
