What Nicosia really lacks is shit malls. Definitely underserved market.
Because the thing our island needs is some foreign capital to capture our lands and became rentiers on such real estates. /s
At this point Im starting to really wonder how many of Cyprus’ business infrastructure projects are owned by Cypriots. It feels like everything is owned by Israelis, South Africans and other foreigners.
