Since people we’re asking about it in a recent post
* They are going with the French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte design.
* Construction will take 5 years and cost about $50 million
* The upper part will include a concert hall and a contemporary art museum.
They are also going to reconstruct Victory Park (Հաղթանակ)
