Sto cercando di trovare i record di nascita del mio bisnonno, i cognomi sono stati visti sui documenti per lui sono i seguenti: Ojdnik/Aidnik/Ajdnik/Hennick (Yozef/Jozef/Josef/Joseph). Joseph Hennick è il nome che è andato a passare. Si alternò mettendo l’Austria e la Jugoslavia come il suo paese di origine. Non ho avuto successo a rintracciarlo in Slovenia. Inoltre, c’è una teoria secondo cui Ojdnik potrebbe essere un’ortografia fonica di Hodnik una volta arrivato negli Stati Uniti. Qualcuno ha qualche informazione che possa aiutarmi?
