Un cittadino siriano di 21 anni, che ha pugnalato uno studente alla gamba e alla mano con un coltello nel gennaio 2023, è stato condannato dal tribunale della città del Lussemburgo.
Il tribunale ha distribuito un pena detentiva di quattro anni completamente sospesasubordinato al convenuto che completa la terapia nei prossimi cinque anni e entrando in formazione professionale o assicurando un lavoro. I pubblici ministeri avevano inizialmente cercato una pena detentiva di 15 anni.

from 15 years to a 4 year suspended sentence for attacking an underage person? Also why is he not being shipped back to his country? shit like this make Far-right parties ‘make sense’ and get popular

Here we have a potential attacker and we keep him in therapy. I am in favor of helping refugees but this kind of cases should not be tolerated.
