Simply replace them with LEDs
In general, light is not what is going to make up a big share of your electricity consumption. Check what type of bulbs they are, calculate how much they consume and for how long you use them on average per day and rhe price of Kwh in your electricity contract, and then calculate the price of new LED bulbs (and their much lower consumption) to compare and find the break-even point. If you plan on living in this apartment for a longer time, it might be wise to get LEDs now. If you only stay short term, it’s probably not worth it.
Your fridge and freezer and how you use them will be much more relevant for your electricity bill, as well as water heating (if done by electricity). Those are factors where you can save a lot by how you use them (and by replacing them with more efficient models, but only in the long run of course). The way you cook also influences your electricity bill.
