Im ready for a collective boycott where possible
Okay, can someone explain to me what is his problem with us and our supposed “tariffs”?
Does it really just come down to him not realizing that VAT is a tax that we also generously impose on *ourselves*, too?
To my knowledge that’s just a transparency difference that we actually show this on our customer-facing receipts while that may not be the case in US.
I know I’m expecting too much of him to *have* reason behind this. But can someone stipulate where his beliefs may come from?

That’s so stupid. If you take a deep dive into the origins of the EU, you’ll see it was [concieved by US intelligence agencies after WW2](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/04/27/the-european-union-always-was-a-cia-project-as-brexiteers-discov/). Why don’t they brief him on this?
Impose a 25% tariff on all digital service imports and offshored IT jobs.
Take that money and invest into a European digital startups and service alternatives.
Additionally, ban all social media platforms that do not fully disclose the algorithms they use and that do not grant the EU the ability to modify these algorithms to comply with our regulations.
