A bit of extra calcium never hurt anyone.
A very sharp shard of bone in a cheap microwave pizza. Tore up my gum.
I got compensated after contacting their customer service pretty easily, which tells me I propably wasn’t the first to experience that particular issue.
Might also be dried up orange pulp/peel. I once bought a Knorr Snack pot that had a mysterious, nail-looking object. I sent it to them, and they said it was a hardened piece of potato (mash) powder.
