I am not the original OP, but I can’t crosspost here. The original post is here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/vermont/comments/1j20b1o/motorcade_at_whales_tails/](https://www.reddit.com/r/vermont/comments/1j20b1o/motorcade_at_whales_tails/)

The statue is a local landmark officially called “Reverence” but universally known as the Whales Tails.

Also, there were some discussions about how we could invite Zelenskyy or Ukrainian soldiers on leave to Vermont to show our support: [https://www.reddit.com/r/vermont/comments/1j1qdt4/how_do_we_invite_zelensky_for_a_ski_vacation_to/](https://www.reddit.com/r/vermont/comments/1j1qdt4/how_do_we_invite_zelensky_for_a_ski_vacation_to/)

I realize that’s extremely unlikely and everyone in Ukraine has much higher priorities right now, but if anyone has connections and interest in such an idea, Vermont would absolutely welcome Ukrainian heroes.

Vance is such a coward. He should be endlessly mocked for being too afraid to go to Ukraine.

Nice, but what a motorcade! What does this ski trip cost? And did he even say thank you?

Surely the U.S. government could cut back on all that security … seems like a waste of money defending that piece of shit

I hope his kids are asking him a lot of uncomfortable questions about what went on this weekend. Not that he cares, I’m sure.

Funny how the voice of the people can so often be louder and more powerful than the voice of government. Same in the UK thanks to freedom of speech there.
