Easy scam. You can go about this by not interacting with the scammer and reporting the ad to the website where you saw it.

If you‘re unsure if it’s a scam, it‘s usually a scam. This is one of these cases.
Scam. It is always one if they are not in Germany
It is almost certainly a scam. There are a myriad of scam cases starting with “I am in Spain and can’t show you the flat personally”. If you want, ask them about showing you the flat. Do not, under any circumstances, transfer any money without having seen the flat in person. Do not transfer any money without signing a contract first and verifying the contract partners identity using their government issued ID.
Scam. “Living abroad” is classic scam. Also, legally TV can’t be included in your rent anymore.

Read those two Wiki pages, particularly the second one.
There is absolutely no way to go about this without being scammed, because it is 100 percent a scam.
Edit: That scam text is machine translated. Germans don’t advertise the number of “bedrooms”.
Definitly a scam:
Owner is not in the country and can’t come even for the contract signing/handover, even when renting with all the furniture. The all inclusive price.
If you continue communicating:
You most likely won’t be able to see it before moving in – but hey, there are videos and pics.
The payment/deposit will be using some weird method, rather then a direct bank transfer.
Scam
Scam eggs sausage and scam.
If you interact, they will ask you to send them the first month’s rent and deposit in advance. Then you’ll never hear from them again.
It’s a scam and please try searching the sub.
Every other week 3 people ask this question.
Even the scammers know that including a washing machine would be too unrealistic
