Protesting and walking with a cross instead of manual justice, are they copying uselessness of navalny?

Fuck the cola, fuck the pizza, all we need is sliwovica!

I think their main ally has some problems with corruption. What are they thinking?

I don’t know if it’s covered in other countries but in France I have heard it being mentioned in the news just once. We have people who are having full blown protests and riots against corruption in our neighbourhood and it barely makes headlines. All my support goes to the Serbian people.

Remember when the Patriach stood alongside Milošević and pretended that Serbs were being crucified? That didn’t turn out so well. Remember when the church [supported genocide in Bosnia](https://www.gfbv.de/de/news/the-serbian-orthodox-church-supported-the-genocide-of-bosnians-2804/)? Or, more recently, when Banjska Monastery was [a base for Serb terrorist attacks](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banjska_attack)?

If we want a better future for Serbia and its neighbours, religious nationalism is not a good omen.

Don’t be confused with this person holding the cross, he’s been rushing to the front of each march with the Russian Military Flag with Christ on it. He’s obviously a religious zealot.
You can see these flags carried by neonazis but they don’t represent even 1% of people who are protesting.

The pic alone makes it look like a bad ass euro rave or a protest. Title clears it up

To be honest, it wasn’t a priest. I was standing a few meters away from him, he was just a more religious man, and nothing more.

      To provide some context.

He held the cross on top of Niš fortress entrance thorughout the WHOLE protest.

I saw him around 2PM, then again at 4.30PM when he lowered his head on the fortress wall to rest. The cross was still held high.

I came home from Niš at 9:30PM and saw this photo.

      Unyielding human spirit!
