Ciao a tutti, mi sono trasferito sabato scorso in un nuovo appartamento e attualmente sto cercando di far funzionare il riscaldamento. La padrona di casa e suo marito hanno cercato di aiutarmi, ma i riscaldatori non si stanno riscaldando nemmeno pensavano che il termostato sembra funzionare correttamente. L’appartamento è molto freddo e ho bisogno che il riscaldamento lavorerà dalla prossima settimana quando avrò finito con il movimento. Ho già sanguinato i radiatori, quindi nessuna aria è bloccata all’interno e controllo le batterie del termostato e sembra essere tutto ok. Mi chiedo se dovrei provare a usare il pulsante di riavvio, ma dato che sono totalmente nuovo noleggio un appartamento per me stesso e in Germania non sono molto sicuro di come procedere. La padrona di casa mi ha già detto che sta cercando un tecnico. Ho lasciato le foto del termostato (dice 15 gradi, ma è perché lo stavo trattenendo tra le mani mentre controllavo le batterie)

If you’re moving into a new apartment, always check if everything works before collecting the keys. Quick question: Do you have gas registered in the house? I think my sister had a similar problem, and it was caused by the heating not working.
doesn’t 15,0°C mean that this is your desired temperature? i think you need to turn this up and if nothing happens you need to check the heating system and see if it has an error (not enough water for example)
Your landlords need a Heizung/Sanitär guy take a look at it.
Does the heater work at all? If it doesn’t start, it could be a number of things. If you or your tenants don’t know how to operate a gas/oil heater, get a pro. If it starts but it doesn’t build pressure to send the water around the place, it’s the pump. If there’s pressure and the pump runs, a valve could be restricting flow to your space. If the flow isn’t restricted, it could be that the feeder valve at the bottom of the heater was turned off for maintenance. If it wasn’t the feeder valve and you hear water rushing into the radiator, bleed the air.
