Finding loopholes is what the Irish do best.
We don’t need people like her on the roads driving without a seat belt and using her phone while driving.
Not wearing a seatbelt, while using a mobile phone. I guess part of that is a self solving problem, the only issue is how many will the cunt take with her.
She needs consequences and not multiple 24 hour bans
What a horrible lady
Nice to see that the reduced speed limits have ushered in a new era of safe and responsible driving, and those few outliers who drive dangerously being properly dealt with as befits the severity of their offence.

You know how little gards I see in 24 hours on a road. Like saying you can’t drive is going to affect her if she’s already breaking laws. Take the keys off her for 24 hours at least.
I presume she’s informed her insurance company that she’s been disqualified twice in 12 months.
There is something highly unusual about this. I’ve seen this judge hand out driving bans and prison sentences for driving offences like there is no tomorrow. Now he’s letting this lady off twice in a few months?
All I know is if I had a traffic problem in Kildare I’d be on to [Tim Kennelly](http://www.timkennellysolicitors.ie/) like a hot shot. He’s clearly doing an amazing job for his client here (even if his client is an undeserving recidivist asshole who should have the book thrown at her for a second identical offence as she’s not learning the very simple lesson she ought to have learned the first time)

This is really taking the piss, and the judge will get a name for himself, being so compliant. Perhaps he should refuse himself next time she appears.
That said, there is no excuse for the legislation that closes the loophole not having been commenced.
