If replacing Zelensky will be a condition of ending the war I can’t see that working out. I’m pretty sure that the EU would fight Trump on this. Besides Zelensky is still very popular.
In addition, who are these guys that they are conspiring with? Would they actually have a chance of taking over in an election because Zaluzhny is the only person more popular than Zelensky and he would be more likely to win in an election.
I’m not well versed on Ukranian politics, but are there any candidates to replace President Zelensky that could maintain a reasonable enough level of popular support in this war?
