President Trump is getting exactly what he wanted. Europe is stepping up and spending billions more on defense. The US has two countries competing to sell it rare earth minerals. The US is saving billions because other countries are opening their piggy banks. Putin will still lose. Ukraine will still win. Europe will be stronger.
