This was a very strange case at the time. And even now knowing roughly what happened, it’s still a very strange case.

Imagine if they were smoking weed instead of being on the piss … The headlines & reporting would make cannabis a key feature.

But alcohol is at the root of so many violent crimes, and it’s rarely emphasised the way Cannabis is at every single opportunity, no matter how tenuous.

Just sayin.
