Saluti dall’America. Ho studiato i miei antenati e finalmente ho trovato alcune informazioni sui miei bisnonni. Tuttavia, non riesco a trovare alcuna informazione sulla città elencata in questo disco, e penso che fosse un errore da parte loro in quanto il loro inglese potrebbe non essere stato troppo buono e potrebbe essere stato parte dell’Austria-Ungheria. La città in questione è “Specien” qualsiasi aiuto è apprezzato!

Closest name that comes to my mind is Špačince. Could perhaps be corrupten into Specien.
Could it be Szényény in Hungary? It sounds a bit similar
I tried to look up what it could be and couldn’t find anything. Tried using GPT and it said it could be the Spiš region (it kind of makes sense). I’ll try to look depper into it and will let you know if i would find anything.
