Ciao a tutti! Sono uno studente in Finlandia che si è appena trasferito in una nuova casa il 1 ° febbraio. La mia casa precedente è arrivata con l’elettricità in affitto, quindi non avevo bisogno di un contratto da solo, ma per la nuova casa la compagnia abitativa ha offerto lo sconto di Väre, quindi ho ottenuto un contratto fisso di 1 anno con loro.
Non ho troppo uso ed è solo il frigorifero, due piccole lampade e il mio laptop. Il 27 febbraio ho ricevuto una fattura da Väre con euro totali negativi in consumo, quindi ho pensato che non dovevo pagare nulla da gennaio al 10 febbraio. Oggi ho ricevuto un conto da Vantaan Energia che mi ha reso un po ‘confuso. So che Vantaan Energia è un distributore e l’uso di 110kW per febbraio è corretto secondo l’app Väppi, ma come funziona esattamente la fatturazione? C’è qualche pagamento che devo fare per Väre o devo solo pagare la fattura dal distributore?
Mi scuso già per aver fatto quella che sembra essere una domanda stupida, ma dal momento che è la prima volta che ho un contratto di elettricità, voglio assicurarmi che tutto vada bene. Grazie in anticipo!

You used electricity but Väre has some sort of a deal. Väre is energy selling company and Vantaan Energia is the one who delivers it to you via the grid. So you pay for energy and transfer.
I don’t know what kind of a deal you have with Väre. Probably you paid for some fixed thing and used less so you get money back? Just guessing here. The page you pasted here is the calculation. The first page 1(3) should have the final amount due (be it negative or positive).
Pay the bill that you get with the information in the bill.
Grid / distributor bill (siirtomaksu) is separate from the actual energy, and yes, you’ll need to pay both.
Not sure what that negative 4 euro is about, but I wouldn’t worry about it
edit, your perusmaksu looks …weird, this is an apartment is it not? Three phases at those amps? It’s only 5€ per month but if you’re talking to the company maybe ask if that’s really correct. Your landlord should have the info on what the fuses should be.
It’s the bill for tax and distribution fees and such. They are usually billed separately. Often they end up being bigger than the actual usage bill. You pay both of the bills.
You can one bill from the supplier (which you can choose) and another bill from the distributor (which you can’t choose). They are separate bills and you have to pay both.
It’s about Electrical grid, company that own that sends bills for grid To being there and upkeeping it. No need To use any power and still have To pay.. Does this answer your question?
