Mi aspetto un pacco internazionale in Germania tramite DHL e ho appena controllato lo stato di tracciamento. L’ultimo aggiornamento dice che il pacchetto è "Pronto per la raccolta"ma allo stesso tempo, menziona anche che è di nuovo con le dogane.
Non ho capito bene. Se è pronto per il ritiro, da dove lo raccolgo? Non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica, indirizzo o istruzioni su dove andare. Qualcuno lo ha già provato prima? Questo significa che devo fare qualcosa o dovrei solo aspettare? Si prega di notare che è stato eseguito prima attraverso la dogana a Francoforte dove è rimasto per 8 giorni approssimativamente, quindi è stato spedito nell’area di destinazione dove è di nuovo aiuto dalla dogana.
Ho inviato un’e -mail al servizio clienti ma di non risposta. Eventuali intuizioni sarebbero apprezzate! Grazie mille.

It was some time ago, but when it happened to me I got a letter where to gather my parcel from and what to pay.
I think everything is correct. You can pick it up at the Zollamt and pay tax. I think you will get a letter. You can also call them.
The parcel being held at customs is normal if there is still tax thats need to be paid. You can go to your local customs office and check if they have your parcel there and get it from them. expect that you have to pay something.
i assume that you should also get a letter, or some kind of notification as to where exactly your local customs office is, but with DHL saying that they already handed it over, i would just google it and ask them directly if they have it.
You will have to go to their office, tell them about the contents of the package, open it in front of them and pay the tax on it. Usually you get informed on where to pick it up exactly.
