[Lüneburg Heath](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%BCneburg_Heath?wprov=sfla1) south of Hamburg is an absolut gem for hiking.
That’s a very Big area. Perhaps you hike better near Waren (Müritz). That’s a great National Park with thousands of lakes. It’s absolutely gorgeous.
The region between Schaalsee and Ratzeburger See. If you’re lucky you’ll also see some of the wild nandu population roaming around.
Also Werder/Havel, Caputh etc. You can visit the Einsteinhaus.
Plöner Seen, Lübeck, wakentiz, along thr former DDR Border, Ratzeburg, Möllner Seen, Unesco Biospärenreservat Schaalsee…..
