      Ireland is the 6th largest investor of FDI into America. Larger than countries like China and India. Maybe Rubio, JD Vance and Agent Krasnov should be thanking us for that? Have they even thanked us once?

      Any small economy which is successful will, defacto have a significant trade surplus.

      Econo101: Considering a trade surplus only in terms of products is stupid. The US runs a product deficit with the world, but a massive services surplus. And that services surplus is far more profitable than the products surplus that countries run with the US. We need to start hammering their ability to trade services easily across the world.

      Yeah it’s not nice but we’re up there with Canada in terms of countries Trump thinks he can publicly call out and not have to deal with afterwards as our leaders will likely either laugh it off and never take offense or just act like it was no big deal.

      Trump is the playground bully who only goes after ppl he knows he can hurt and steers wife and clear of anyone who could actually hit him back hard.

      I will be forever baffled as to how 80 million people voted for this absolute lunatic

      Now is not the time to have an absolute clown like Simon Harris acting as our Minister of Foreign Affairs / Trade and Minister of Defense.

      For the love of god can we not put someone actually qualified into these positions, considering what’s occurring in these specific domains is unprecedented and of monumental global importance ?

      I really wish we had someone more formidable than Harris leading this. He is so incredibly unimpressive.
