Luckily it is, 3 companies offering to do this. Unfortunately the way the US has done this has cost lives and yet again shows why no one can trust them anymore

That’s close to outright misinformation.
What was restricted is access to the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency G-EGD program. Maxar is the contractor that runs the program, but it’s the US government that pays for it and controls access. This is outside Maxar’s control.

Oh it’s far worse than that. The Maxar satellite data is now being used by Russia. Not only has America cut Ukraine off, it is now providing intelligence to its enemies.
