Those scams are especially present in CY. Sad thing is, we might not fall for it but if they are keep doing it means it works at least to some extent. I believe especially old people who are alone or people who are absolutely not into tech in the slightest. I had one girl at work, she’s just 35 and she knew I know a lot about technology in general and one day she approached me asking if this kinda message is real or not.
