Doubt she is the only one in a similar situation.
Sounds like she’s going to lose this one, she was made redundant, given the statutory redundancy amount, she wants other costs covered but she has no right to them under the legislation.
This shit should inspire people to organise and strike. Start discussing unionising, speak to other unionised workers and unions. Resist this nonsensical shite.
