Yep. Just as the article said. They tried and captured a tiny bit of land in an attempt to encircle Kursk but it failed and LiveUaMap does not report serious fighting there anymore.
They advanced like 1.5km but appear to have hit a brick wall even faster than they did in Vovchansk
