Chancers, see it around where I live all the time. It really makes me not ever want to use their services

No it’s not. If you want to complain, contact the council.

I mean if you are that bothered you could probably just yoink it down. Discussing legalities seems like an unnecessary escalation

Report it as littering. Have seen a good few of similar ones recently. Also you might have some luck if you leave a bad review on their Google Reviews for them to not put them up again.

Nope, get onto the council.

What kind of knob thinks this will be a good advertisement for him? I would immediately assume he is a chancer cowboy builder who would do a shit job, not clean up after himself and think it was grand. I would also assume he is an arsehole.

These are not the type of entrepreneurs you want to bring into your home.
While their website surprisingly does exist, and has a surpising amount of content, it’s clearly an off the shelf site with only their mobile number and email address customised. Their addres is listed as “Main Street, Dublin” and they have a Google Maps widget with no location pinned.
New mobile number, new website and a quick respray of the van every 6 months.

We’d some guy stick impossible to remove vinyl stickers to every lamppost on my street in Cork. They still can’t get them off a decade later. Long gone business.

I think I know who this might be.

Seen so many posters like this pop up in my area after the storm. Some with just a few words and a phone number. Not sure why anyone would trust them.

Only 4 months old since it was created, they’ve only paid for 1 years registration and the domain name is so long. It looks like somebody who was illiterate asked for it. They’ve also blocked all personal details about who runs the site, who to contact in the event of abuse etc. from being released.

You can complain to Dublin City Parks Department.

Search for a registered business here – https://core.cro.ie/search
If you can’t find them there, they’re likely not legitimate. The CRO is a government body handling business registrations – https://www.gov.ie/en/organisation-information/357ad8-companies-registration-office-cro/
For that particular company, I couldn’t find an exact match (no surprise there).
I will fix your tile boss and break the other ones
ring the council straight away
on their site, the address looks sus:
**All Weather Roofing & Chimneys**
**Address:** Main Street, Dublin
Seems iffy… Where was that photo taken?
Well they got free advertising on Reddit for it!
