    Guardando il danno non c’è modo di non essere coinvolte velocità legali, è difficile sapere quale pilota era in colpa, ma scommetto che l’auto sottosopra ha preso la priorità dall’altro veicolo che stava accelerando lungo Avenue Victor Hugo (sono sicuro al 90% che è ancora 30 a quel punto).

    Avrebbe potuto essere molto peggio, quella zona si riempie spesso di bambini della scuola locale.

      He probably tried to get a GTA stunt bonus by driving over the back of a truck which had one of the ramps attached to it.

      It’s not tricky to know: Probably both. 

      Looking at the damage. The overturned car was either going straight on rue Ermesinde or turning left onto Victor Hugo. It would’ve had to yield to the other car. 

      Considering how extensive both cars are damaged and that a post was taken out in the process as well, there’s no way that the second car was driving 30 kph (or less). 

      So I’m willing to bet that it either ends in shared responsibility or the second car being at fault (if it approached the intersection at a high rate of speed, the overturned car probably could see it in time)

      PS all of Ave. VH is limited to 30

      Considering the fact that not so many people in Luxembourg understand the concept of equal intersection with right hand rule, anything can happen.

      Overspeeding, ignorance and voilà.
