Vivo in un piccolo studio che si trova in un vecchio edificio. So che il lato destro è per posizionare i piatti lavati e lo spazio (freccia che punta su di esso) è per il drenaggio dell’acqua dai piatti lavati. Ma ha un sacco di CRUD/Dirt che si attacca al suo interno e vomita acqua insaponata (seconda foto) quando faccio i piatti e ristagna lì per un breve periodo. Anche il drenaggio del mio lavandino è leggermente lento.
Come lo pulisco? Forse la pulizia aiuta con un flusso di drenaggio più veloce …

I usually squirt some detergent in there and pour boiling water after it.
Try using a toothpick and a pipe cleaner once you have dissolved everything with a kitchen cleaner.

I put the drain clog crystals there and some warm water. it usually also kills any living thing trying to multiply.
Usually the methods in the other comments work well. For a very through cleaning you could loosen the screw from above and then detach the drain under the grate (access it from below the sink). Keep a bucket below that drain while you detach it. There will be a bit of water in it.
The exact way of detaching and reattaching it depends on the type of drain. Some are flexible, some are rigid pipes.
take s screwdriver, unscrew the bolt, loosen the drainage below sink and clean with wet paper towel. screw bolt back in.
