Isn’t it same thing in other countries? People come and leave, if the environment/language/culture/weather/politics/grass is not suitable for them.
To me this sounds like basic law of market. I’m a foreigner and I have lived here for almost 10 years. Unfortunately I never had the chance to get a permanent job (I alternated 1-2 years contract with short periods of unemployment). Now I have a 1-year contract, when it will come my time to be unemployed and not getting any job then I’ll leave. If there is no space for me in the job market of a country I’ll just leave the country. I don’t see nothing dramatic or crazy in this. The world is big, we should normalise moving where we are needed, especially for young people.
