I think the widespread people suffering from addiction haven’t ruined Luxembourg but their existence shows that there’s something wrong with the country, people don’t become addicted to hard drugs because everything is a-ok
I have kids at at one point (or now even) those people you see would have meant more than anything in the world to someone and it’s heartbreaking to see anyone struggle with substance abuse

Well, their problems are probably quite different than “who is ruining Luxembourg ?”. Talk to them, ask yourself why someone would end up like that. Do you think they were dreaming of doing crack when they were naive childrens ? Yes, right, they don’t want to be in this situation either.

Sorry. I live and work in gare, there are people doing all kinds of drugs at my doorstep, they also leave that place a mess in the morning, and I have to clean up most of the time. But they are always ashamed for taking space when I try to enter the apartment at night. They clear the way, say sorry, and wish me a good evening. Sometimes I bring them water or whatever drinks I have in my fridge.
They didn’t choose to be like this. Please be kinder to people living at the edge of life. You are one bad day away from sitting next to them.

And I thought this post was disgusting for being judgemental towards people who are minding their business and who are aware that their addiction is ruining their life. Plenty of other stuff gets consumed by ordinary citizens who simply don’t have the street as their living room. So you wouldn’t see them. So you wouldn’t fixate on them.
