Yet, i don’t feel good about these numbers today. The reason is that I saw an interview in which the Ukranian guy asked a Russian guy how many Russians would have to die before they’d stop fighting on foreign territory. The Russian responded that it cost 27 million Russian lives in WW2 and that they’d be willing to go there again if needed. That mindset is absolutely crazy but also scary. It makes me somewhat hopeless that there will ever be enough domestic pressure on Putin to stop the war. With the US switching sides, and Russia not willing to stop ever, I’m very concerned that sooner or later Ukraine will run out of soldiers. I hope I’m wrong.
