Ehi ragazzi, sto cercando dati più recenti sullo stipendio medio in Slovenia, il che afferma che lo stipendio medio netto è di 1825 € euro per lo stipendio medio di gennaio 2025 per il 2024 era netto di 1526 €. Lo stipendio è aumentato davvero del 20% dall’inizio di quest’anno?

There is a reform of the salary system in the public sector, which begun implementation on January 1st. The salaries in the public sector are going to gradually increase in the next few years, and some have already gone up a bit.
the averages you see jumped because of the december 2024 bonuses. those bonuses are known at the end of february
check the details on the data you are viewing – it is data for december 2024, not january 2025
I’m not sure for the exact reason but I suspect two things. One, in January maybe some bonuses are paid out which may distort the data a bit. Two, there was a reform that increased wages throughout the whole public sector that may have increased the average salary. However it shouldn’t explain that drastic of a jump so I believe it’s mostly the reason one.
