      At least half of the equipment Europe sent to Ukraine only happened bc US agreed to replace whatever Europe sends with newer models.

      Please stop shitting on the US, they are by far the biggest aid to Ukraine.

      This puts things into perspective… Trump really lies about everything. And that his own administration isn’t correcting him is a sign he is surrounded by yes-man. Almost like another country we know that is at the moment the second strongest army in Ukraine and Russia.

      Is this accurate? Nearly every small town in America has an armory with like 20 Artillery cannons and like 50 infantry vehicles and Humvees just sort of sitting there. We could easily be sending these things that will never see any combat while over here.

      One thing this doesn’t account for is ammunition, and why cutting off US support would be devastating. You can’t keep firing Patriot missiles without replacements.

      Daily reminder that 70% of USA help for Ukraine stayed in the USA, they used the money to order new viechles and send the scrap to Ukraine instead of decomisioning it, which causes money.

      How are ring exchanges represented in these stats? (That’s where a European country gives Soviet equipment to Ukraine and then the US replaces it with American equipment.)

      The most important help the US gives to Ukraine is intelligence information. That can’t be quantified but should not be underestimated. Of course Trump is like a child and needs something quantifiable so he probably will never really talk about it.

      If this was the whole truth, then why are we so focused on the importance of american support.

      There must be more to this. Intelligence, ammo etc – I don’t know.

      But these things need nuance. These things can create the ‘public truth’ which in turn could mean EU would do less to compensate for it.

      The entirety of Europe versus another country with a big beautiful ocean in between. If it wasn’t for the US Ukraine wouldn’t even have known it was coming. Also, the US rallied support behind Ukraine. It’s been 3 years and Europe is still deciding whether or not to up their defense. Some of us Americans hate trump just as much as you, but don’t crap on the US.

      This is all because the European Union is not officially a country. So every european country appears lower than the US in every stat. If the EU federalized, it would rival the US in every metric of geopolitics, including the economy.

      These numbers are hilariously wrong. The US sent over 300 Bradley’s alone. So this doesn’t account for everything the US sent. Then you have M113s, Armored Humvees, Strykers, and host of others

      I agree with the ultimate narrative that Trump is hot garbage, but I think a good deal of the US equipment funneled through European countries, so I’m not sure ho accurate this info graphic is. Of course credit Biden for that.
