Ho spedito un pacco più di un mese fa dal Brasile al Belgio, in particolare nella zona intorno a Turnhout nella regione delle Fiandre. A causa del superamento del termine di consegna, ho dovuto contattare il corriere brasiliano con cui ho spedito il mio pacco e mi hanno informato che il pacco è attualmente sottoposto a ispezione doganale in Belgio. Mi hanno consigliato di contattare la dogana belga per maggiori informazioni sul pacco. Come mittente, come posso contattarlo e risolvere questo problema, affrontando i fattori specifici della situazione del mio pacco prima di contattare il destinatario?

Can’t you Track & Trace the waybill number? That will probably also show you what is required for your shipment to be processed.

I had the same issue with a Package from Japan. It took a loooong time like almost 2 months without any information. You just have to wait, unfortunately. On my tracked it just said that it was at belgian customs. I ordered an airsoft rifle so my package was big.
I have one in customs too. No idea what it is. Told them to open it and haven’t heard back.
