There’s no words to explain the horror of such a decision. And no level of hell deep enough for those who took it or enacted it.
Wild to think that event is such a small number of civilian fatalities as a whole in Mariupol. That city is going to be an opera of nightmares when liberated. Tens of thousands gone.
