Per riferimento, questo mi è stato tramanato nella scatola di “ricordi molto importanti”. Tutti i miei antenati emigrarono alla fine del 1800/inizio 1900. È una piccola scatola con questa nota nascosta all’interno degli articoli di carta rosa e altro ancora nella parte superiore della scatola.
Il 1934 ha senso. “Hajek” è un cognome in famiglia, quindi ha senso. Non c’è “pancia per bambini” da nessuna parte nel lignaggio.
Non riesco a distinguere la traduzione, non importa quello che provo, e non ho indovinare cosa sia questa scatola.

very unskilled translation, some words might be missing, hope someone will improve what I wrote, it does look like written by someone who didn’t have contact with Czech language for some time, perhaps someone from second generation of Czech immigrants? just a guess.

The writing is very crude, orthography is non-existent. The lady who wrote it either never learned or had completely forgotten how to write Czech.
