I’m not sure what that actually is…might be presented a different way than usual…

Have you tried runebergin tortu or laskiaispulla?
These are seasonal but imho are even better.

The cakey part seems to have a meringue cover, so maybe something closer to brita cake than pannukakku?

If you tell us the name of the restaurant, maybe seeing their menu will help to find the right recipe for you.

It’s a taller Britakakku. They’re usually pretty flat, but this one here somebody baked in a smaller pan and that’s why it’s so tall. The white thing on top of the fruit looks like a meringue of some sort too, like a Swiss meringue.

That is probably a britakakku (eg one recipe here [https://www.k-ruoka.fi/reseptit/britakakku](https://www.k-ruoka.fi/reseptit/britakakku) ) with a bit thicker cake bottom than normal. Usually the cake and meringue are more of a 50/50 split.

Don’t know what that jam is. Could be lingonberry, cranberry or strawberry. I’d lean towards more acidic berries (lingonberry or cranberry) since there is also kinuski (the brown stuff, recipe eg here [https://www.valio.fi/reseptit/helppo-kinuski/](https://www.valio.fi/reseptit/helppo-kinuski/) ) which is very sweet. That white stuff is probably whipped cream with vanilla.
