I’m not sure which flooring it is, but looks like linoleum, it’s kind of soft, so these dents could be. I’m not sure how to fix it, but if you want to clean, there are special solutions for this type of floor.
It‘s very hard to fix Linoleum. I had a dent similar to this once. I fixed it very rough with another piece of Linoleum which I just glued over the hole. I think there are special repair kits though, maybe you could try it with that.
Also, are you responsible for the dent? Or was it like this when you moved in? If so, was it documented? Then I recommend to ask your landlord if he can fix it/send someone.
have you considered ramen noodles and superglue?
