€1000 an acre per year for probably the next 35 years sure why would you bother milking cows just sit back and let the money roll in
Have they stopped milking or farming cattle, or doing both?
This would be some of the best quality land in the country, it ought to be farmed I’d have thought. Plenty of marginal or bad land that could be covered in solar panels.
