My opinion: Its time for europe to step in. If that means I have to do my part, then I will.
How would that even work? Ukraine can see these troops massing, has months to prepare and lay trenches, machine guns, mines, targets for artillery, etc.
The surprise of the Feb 22 offensive cannot be repeated. Russia would crash against well prepared fortifications, and mere months won’t be enough to reconstitute the missing armour and manpower, what exactly are they thinking?
Ukraine, if possible, should start amassing anti personnel HIMAR ammunition.
Right before the ruZZians attack, hit the densest targets. As long as the enemy is dumb enough to gather, they should pay for their stupidity.
About time European NATO member states send troops to areas of Ukraine not currently on the front line, but which could be. Don’t announce it until they arrive, then tell Putin nukes will fly if a single troop gets so much as a small scratch.
Then Europe needs to step up and do the same
