Avevo la mia macchina in un laboratorio. Dopo averlo raccolto, ho scoperto che hanno dimenticato di mettere l’olio nel differenziale, che ha causato gravi danni. Dopo averlo sottolineato, hanno accettato di riparare il problema a loro spese.
Tuttavia, ora mi hanno inviato un’e -mail che mi chiede di firmare un Abtretungserklärung (assegnazione dei reclami) in modo che possano ricevere un risarcimento dalla compagnia assicurativa. Il documento afferma che se l’assicurazione non paga, sarò responsabile dei costi. O sbaglio?
Questo mi sembra strano poiché il problema è stato chiaramente colpa loro. Qualcuno ha sperimentato qualcosa di simile? È sicuro firmare questo documento o dovrei rifiutare?

Yep… there is a large I will pay… section. If they said the repair is on them, i would not sign it
Not a lawyer but i imagine they are using their own insurance to pay for the mistake which makes sense. Unless they are trying to charge YOUR insurance which would be a red flag. Likewise, they should be paying their deductible and any overages that their insurance won’t cover, not YOU.
