I’m a tad confused as to what’s going on currently

So from what I gather and somebody please correct me if I’m wrong

So.. Ukrainian troops are still in Kursk but have had to retreat in some places? How far have they had to retreat if so? How much of Kursk is still being held onto? Whilst this is going on they’re pushing into Belgorod in Russia? So there’s two parts of Russia that Ukrainian troops are capturing or holding on to?
