It’s a recentish portrait. You can Google her coins and try gauge the details from them (though most don’t look to be in great shape). Romans have a number of depictions of personifications of Armenia (mostly women) depicted on coins (and even statue https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temple_of_Hadrian#/media/File:Armenia_Hadrianeum_MAN_Napoli_Inv79.jpg ) though I think they’re hardly very accurate.
