Call them, tell them you got a better offer elsewhere and wait untill they connect you to their retention department. They should be able to offer you better conditions. If not, look for a different provider.
Go to your account and request your OKU (ověřovací kód účastníka). They should call you tomorrow with a better offer to stay with them.

Vodafone jsem zrušil a o měsíc později volal nějaký velmi nepříjmený a arogantní týpek tónem, co si to jako dovoluju je opouštět a vyhrožoval mi, že přijde kontrola, zda jsem opravdu na pobočce odevzdal ten jejich shitty modem 😀
Když si vzpomenu, že existuje Vodafone, zjistím, že miluju T-Mobile a mého lokálního ISP.
I confirm what others say, you can try to cancel. I just went through the cancellation and the lady on the phone was ready to match any offer I got.
