This is about the “first wave” air force that will be immediately available to be activated by the peacekeeping trigger force. Additional planes from the countries of the coalition of the willing will be available both as part of the air coverage and that will be sent soon after a conflict starts.
It won’t just be RAF Typhoon and F-35s triggered by the trigger force.
